What we collect and why
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your business name and phone number if you provide them. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Email and phone. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the details you share in order to help you.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a limited period and not used to identify visitors.
Cookies & analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site: Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy, and a self-hosted analytics tool (Rybbit) that collects aggregate, cookie-free usage statistics on our own infrastructure. We use this data solely to improve the website and our marketing. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block analytics with standard browser tools or extensions without affecting how the site works.
Who we share data with
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), acting as our processor, with data processed in the EU (Ireland region). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted in the normal course.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) — dataprotection.ie.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
